Cyras Research manages 50 CATI stations from its Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office – allowing for hands-on monitoring and management of
all telephone interviewers. Our facility uses the lastest in VoIP technology for clear reception and low cost controlled by our own IP-PBX
that allow for remotely listening to our interviewers for quality control purposes.
Our call center is seated with native language speaking interviewers covering the Asia Pacific region.Our interviewers are trained specifically
in market research surveys and have average professional work experience in the industry of 6 years. Not only are they extremely experienced in
market research, they know how to handle issues or questions that may arise during phone interviews.
We use Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing (CATI) software which allows for complex questionnaires and quota management to be implemented.
This keeps the survey flow smooth and complex skips undetectable by the respondents. It also allows our interviewers to concentrate on the
question at hand, and not what they should be asking next.
